Renowned WA chefs Peter Manifis and Josh Catalano have teamed up to present a unique and exclusive seafood experience!

In a first of its kind interactive dining experience, you will watch two of the best seafood chefs in Western Australia cook their seafood specialties and serve them straight to your plate.

Join us for an expansive menu of amazing fresh local seafood, cooked with commentary from the chefs and special guests and accompanied by the some of WA’s best wines, all in an oceanside setting overlooking the stunning waters of Bather’s Beach.

The Fisherman’s Table Seafood Feasts are unique and exclusive, with a limited number of seats. Tickets are available at $180 per person*

The West Australian wine editor Ray Jordan has selected some amazing West Australian wines to accompany the meal. These include:

Ferngrove Cossack riesling 2015: Another beautiful expression of riesling from this very special vineyard in Frankland River. It’s fine with powdery lemon zest and light spicy minerals on the nose. The palate has a gossamer fine acid supporting the linger finish. Has deceptive ageing potential too. Score: 94/100

McHenry Hohnen Rocky Road semillon sauvignon blanc 2014: Opens with lovely herbal and tropical fruit aromatics on the nose. It's such an enticing beginning to a wine that offers just a little more than the stock standard fare for this combination Crunchy lively palate with a lingering fruit driven finish.Score: 91/100

Howard Park Miamup chardonnay 2014: This is a most appealing chardonnay from southern Margaret River. The fruit and oak balance has been beautifully handled to create a wine of texture and richness yet with a fine delicacy that's sustained to a very long finish. Creamy with traces of white peach and roasted cashew. Lovely wine for the shorter term. Score: 92/100

Run Free pinot noir 2014: Distinctive varietal notes of pinot on the nose. Sour cherry and light raspberry with some deeper earthy notes. This is a wine of structure and poise thanks to some serious tannins and fine grained oak in support. Great value quality pinot noir at this price. From the team at Singlefile. Score: 92/100

Voyager Estate chenin blanc 2015: Terrific value for money chenin, a variety traditionally at home in the Swan Valley, yet one which is perfectly suited to the cooler Margaret River region. Ripe tropical fruit with a light dusty of lemon zest. Clean crisp palate with a fresh closing acidity. A beautiful wine for current drinking with seafood. Score: 89/100
